The orange is one of the hottest colors out there, always bringing a lot of life to any element that is present. Come spring and summer is one of the colors that have presence in both fashion and decoration, but the fact is that in autumn-winter is also great if you combine it with winter tones to create a more welcoming environment.

Whilst there has been a lot of speculation and controversy surrounding the use of Teflon and whether or not it is truly wise to cook in, there has not been nearly enough talk about cast iron and the benefits it offers the people using it to prepare meals. Scientists are finding more and more evidence to support that using cast iron cookware adds iron to the foods being cooked in it.
