Menu Plan Week of July 21st
Toni’s Week
Breakfast
Monday- Pancakes (mom)
Tuesday- Oatmeal (11 yo son)
Wednesday- French Toast (14 yo daughter)
Thursday - Eggs and bagels (8 yo son)
Friday- Pancakes (mom)
Lunch—Sandwiches, muffins, smoothies, leftovers, cut up fruit and veggies
Dinner
Monday- Alfredo pasta, salad, French bread
Tuesday- Pizza (not on the grill)
Wednesday- Steak, potatoes, broccoli, corn, whole wheat rolls
Thursday- Kids - open tacos, Adults - eat with friends at Bible study
Friday- Orioles Game, dinner out
French Toast
- 1 loaf of potato bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup water
- cinnamon
Blend eggs, milk, and water on low in a blender. Pour into a pie plate and sprinkle cinnamon on the mixture. Dip the bread on both sides then place on the griddle. Flip once and serve.

Kate’s Week
My planning for this week is a little off because of an early birthday dinner we had tonight. So, my plan goes from Sunday to Saturday this week.
Breakfast
Su - French Toast
M- Oatmeal & Smoothies
T - Donuts from Tim Horton’s (Birthday boy’s special request. Half the fun is going out with dad in the morning to pick them up.)
W - Homemade English muffins, smoothies
Th - Banana pancakes
F - French Breakfast Puffs (made with whole wheat flour), smoothies
Lunch
Su - Leftovers
M - Pepperoni pasta salad, watermelon
T - Grilled cheese, strawberries
W - Leftover pasta salad, cantaloupe
Th - Ham & cheese sandwiches, plums
F - Quesadillas, black bean and corn salad, yogurt
S - Tuna pasta salad, grapes
Dinner
Su - Sloppy Joe’s, corn on the cob, watermelon, onion straws, chocolate cake (This cake turned out awesome!)
M - Curry chicken crepes, mixed greens salad
T - Black bean and rice wet burritos, skillet corn
W - Ground turkey taco salad
Th - Chicken and spinach spaghetti
F - Pink pasta for the kids, E & K date night at home (probably take-out from our favorite restaurant)
S - BLTs, homemade french fries, mixed berry salad

This week I am starting the plan a week of meals routine, mostly for dinners. Brakfast seems to come easy. We did make whole wheat waffles yesterday which I love and are great as leftovers, put a little PBJ for brakfast, yum! Thanks for sharing.
