Kate’s Week
I completely agree with Toni. It is going to be tough getting back into the routine this week. But I don’t have much choice since this is also monthly planning and grocery shopping week. As much as I wouldn’t mind a few more days off from the kitchen, I don’t have much choice. I am going to keep things fairly easy during the beginning of the week though. By the end of the week, I’ll start stocking our freezer again.
Breakfast
- M - Oatmeal w/ bananas
- T - Chocolate chip muffins, smoothies
- W - Cinnamon rolls (I think I’ll try Laura’s recipe. Thanks for the recommendation Amy!)
- Th - French toast (x3 for freezer)
- F - Apple cream cheese muffins (x2 for freezer), smoothies
- S - Bananas foster crepes
- Su - Sunshine toast & bacon
Lunch
- M - Baked potato soup, carrot sticks
- T - PB & honey sandwiches, oranges
- W - Tuna & cream cheese spread, crackers, peaches

- Su - Leftovers
Dinner
- M - Chicken stew, biscuits
- T - Jambalaya, hush puppies
- W - Ravioli w/ spinach and marinara sauce
- Th - Chicken and black bean tacos (x2 for freezer & tortillas x4 for freezer), salad
- F - T.B.D. based on what meals I decide to make for the freezer
- S - FUNdue night - Pizza fondue w/ bread cubes and veggie sticks; chocolate fondue w/ pound cake cubes, strawberries and bananas
- Su - Creamy chicken and wild rice soup in homemade bread bowls
