Day 7 in Erin’s Kitchen

Breakfast was out the door this morning due to my 8am Bible Study and Special K’s 9am appointment.  I grabbed a blueberry scone and vanilla latte at Starbucks on my way to church.  The rest of the family had Panera.

Today was the global market at church so after bible study, I hung around to shop that and take pictures for church publicity.

We had sandwiches for lunch here.  Bear was having a rough day so I asked him to help me make dinner.
We had a great time making the Lentil Sausage and Rice Soup.  My little boy is growing up so fast.  He was very helpful.

I cut everything up and put it in the soup pot.  He was the official stirrer.

This is another recipe from the Whole Foods Market Cookbook.  It is a wonderful meal with fresh sourdough bread for dippin’.  I highly recommend it.

It has been great sharing my kitchen with everyone this week.  Many thanks to Happy to Be at Home for having me.
