Chocolate Chip Muffins II
Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce (or cooking oil)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Muffins can be frozen then reheated in the microwave or oven.
Makes 12 muffins
