INGREDIENTS:
* 800 g of sea bream fillet with skin
* 1 bunch green asparagus
* 100g tomatoes
* 1 lemon
* 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
* 10 cl olive oil
* 2 sprigs basil
* 2 spring onions
