Recipe for Baked Salmon for two people
- 2 slices of salmon
- 1 large potato
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper, or mixed
- A splash of wine dry white
- Parsley , chopped
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Cut the potatoes to tortilla, onion rings and pepper into rings also. Fry everything separately until al dente (like potatoes and tortillas, you do not brown much.)
Chop the garlic and stir often with white wine and parsley Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Rub a baking dish with olive oil, bit, and put a bed of potato slices on top of onion, the pepper on top, above tomato, and finally the slices of salmon spiced properly. Put a hot oven five minutes, take over the concoction of white wine-garlic-parsley, and leaves five minutes later. Obviously the time depends on how thick the salmon is as you like in fact. Personally I think that ten minutes is plenty of time (if not going to eat anyone else, I do in five minutes for me, I like very raw salmon.)
Ah, frying potatoes, onions and peppers can be done in the fryer without a problem. Some people prefer a little too fried tomato. For all must have taste …
To the extent conseeguir garlic can escalivada a whole head or very low heat frying oil to be preserved (I prefer this option, and without peeling)
a) Escalivada or fry the garlic. Peel. In a mortar mix the garlic pulp with a pa of egg yolks and slowly add the oil until a mayonnaise coseguir smooth.
b) Escalivada or fry the garlic. Add to mayonnaise, if you become too attached you can add a little broth soft.
