3 Moms • Menu Plan Week of June 22nd

Toni’s menu

BreakfastsWaffles, pancakes, cereal, French toast

Lunch—Sandwiches, muffins, smoothies, cut up fruit and veggies

Dinner

  • Monday-Pasta Alfredo, garlic bread, salad
  • Tuesday- Wet burritos, bean tacos, cornbread ( I will be doubling this meal and making most of it on Monday because I will be giving half of it to a family from church Tuesday morning)
  • Wednesday-Make your own pizza. This is always fun for the kids, they love rolling out the dough, and topping it any way they choose.
  • Thursday-Hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, watermelon
  • Friday- Steaks on the grill, roasted potatoes, corn, ciabatta bread
  • Saturday- Dad will be gone, so we will probably have cereal!

Kate’s Menu

Breakfast

Lunch

  • M - Chicken salad sandwiches (made w/ grapes & bacon), mandarin oranges
  • T - Pizza grilled cheese and applesauce
  • W - Ham & cheese sandwiches, yogurt
  • Th - Tuna pasta salad, grapes
  • F - Hard-boiled eggs, cheese slices, apple slices, celery sticks
  • S- Leftovers
  • Su - BLTs

Dinner

  • M - Cheeseburger macaroni, fresh green beans w/ dill
  • T - Taco lentils over rice w/salsa, grape salad
  • W - Chicken parmesan over spaghetti, tomato basil bread
  • Th - Black bean & rice burritos, fresh corn salad
  • F - Spaghetti w/meat sauce, garlic bread
  • S - Polish sausage, potato salad, watermelon
  • Su - Hamburgers, corn on the cob, baked beans, cantaloupe

Joy’s Menu

VBS is this week (and I’m the burned out director), so we’ll be eating dinner at church four days this week. Planning for VBS, as well as my trip to Missouri to be with my mom for her surgery, has made my schedule rather hectic the last couple weeks. But now that VBS has actually started, I feel like I can finally relax a little. I’ll even be able to work on some new recipes for lunches this week. Breakfasts will be Yo-Yo this week (I’m going to try to sleep in), so I’m just listing the lunches and one dinner I’m planning for the week.

  • Monday: (Lunch) Brown Bag Burritos and corn (thanks, Amy M!)
  • Tuesday: (Lunch) Pizza Pockets
  • Wednesday: (Lunch) Cream Cheese Noodles
  • Thursday: (Lunch) Mac n’ Cheese
  • Friday: (Lunch) Quesadillas, (Dinner) Joely’s Easy Cheesy Lasagna
  • Saturday: (Big Breakfast) eggs, biscuits, gravy

  1. Well, from one mom to another, THANK YOU, Ms. VBS director… my darling son is getting tired of looking at his mama’s face every day and is happy to see some new ones at VBS this week!!! :) We appreciate the work that goes into it.

    Menus look yummy, too.
