13 Super Bowl Links

3momst13 13 Super Bowl LinksWith the Superbowl just a few days away, we thought it would be only fitting to gather up some related links for this week’s 3 Moms Thursday {Thirteen}.

  1. Find lots of fun football-related crafts and printables at DLTK.
  2. Visit the NFL’s official Super Bowl XLIII site for all kinds of goodies, historical facts and trivia.
  3. Check out MSNBC’s fantastic list of the Top 10 Super Bowl Ads of All Time.
  4. Epicurious has tons of recipes and party planning ideas for everyone who wants to celebrate the day in a big way.
  5. From About.com, decorate your Super Bowl Party snack table to look like the playing field.
  6. Sargento has compiled a fantastic Super Sunday Playbook filled with recipes and ideas. This book was compiled with Mara Papatheodorou, recipe and entertaining contributor for The Food Network and Bon Appétit. You can download it right here.                                                           And now for some of my top picks for Super Bowl recipes.
  7. If you can let go of the image of Billy Mays hawking the Big City Slider Station, these sliders with chipotle mayonnaise from Bobby Flay look incredible!
  8. You absolutely must stop whatever you are doing right now and check out the Bacon Explosion. Seriously!
  9. I couldn’t pick just one favorite from Elise’s compilation on Simply Recipes. They all look fantastic.
  10. Amy shared some fabulous recipes on her blog for great Super Bowl Party snacks.
  11. Woman’s Day offers 30 easy recipes to spice up game time. My favorite is the baked potato dip!
  12. The Pioneer Woman’s take on Jalapeno Poppers would definitely be a hit at any party.
  13. And because you just can never get enough bacon, this Artichoke-bacon spread looks fantastic!
